Thank you for visiting our Just Giving page for our Marathon Challenge. I think, for both of us, the marathon starts right now, mainly to ensure the journey home is not in the back of the ambulance when it comes to the event. I have no doubt it will be an extremely difficult challenge with lots of obstacles and hurdles to overcome, however, I believe the charity we are running for, Voice, is more than worthy of the challenge ahead. As for the young people Voice help, their journey is much longer and harder than any marathon and at times they can feel very alone, but with Voice’s help and encouragement throughout their childhood, they can look to start their adult life with a strong belief in the good opportunities that can lie ahead.
So we will do our best to rise to the challenge and keep you entertained on the way, all we ask in exchange is for you to take a moment to think about the people Voice are helping and give as much as you can to help Voice continue their excellent work.
