Its that time of year again where I put my sorry excuse of a body on the line.  This year im looking to do 10k (why oh why).  I would be very grateful if you could sponsor me any amount of money you like as anything and everything would be appriciated.

I am doing this in memory of my granddad who passed away after having several strokes, so I would like to thank you all in advance.
