this is year 2 of the fireflies ride for me.  it's great.  and it's also hell.  on wheels.  i.e... not a walk in the park.  and totally worthwhile - the amount raised in 8 years is staggering and it goes on....

thanks to vanessa lewis at getty images and their support, i'll be making another 'bike film' like last year (see: http://www.thefirefliesride.com/bikefilm.htm).  imaginatively, it's called 'bike film too' and this time it'll also explore the effects of the charity, leuka

training's going well.  the main lesson i learned last year is to eat tons...  so training is going really well actually
