Please pledge some support for our chosen charity and make it worthwhile.....

Action Duchenne is led by parents and young people, the lives of all of whom are so profoundly affected by the relentlessly increasing impact of living with Muscular Dystrophy. The charity is supporting innovative research both to cure and to treat the illness and partnering other  organisations providing resources to help to improve the length and quality of life of those living with muscular dystrophy.

as we jump off into the unknown of the Hudson River, before a fabulous bike and run route, lets reflect on our good fortune, and make a difference
