I have suffered with ME for 15 years, and this year I have been quite bad.  One of my ambitions has been to swim with dolphins which seems strange as I am not a confident swimmer as I am scared of water. I have now been on my holiday to Florida and done my dolphin swim which was incredible, photo to prove it.  I did have to go to bed as soon as I got back from it and spent most of the next day in bed as well but it was worth it . It certainly was the opportunity of a life time and I shall probably spend the next few years boring people with the stories and the photos.
