Hello and thank you for visiting this fundraising page.

The deed is now done (my feet are telling me so but everything else is largely fine) and of the three that I have participated in, for all sorts of reasons I think that 2008 has to go down as my favourite half marathon.

I really wanted to support a local charity and in my view there is none more deserving that the Lenton Centre charity. Led by a great bunch of individuals who have already suceeded in re-opening the swimming pool for the community, the team are now working to provide activities and facilities to reduce social isolation and to make Lenton and Nottingham a healtheir and happier place to live in.  Anything you are able to give is gratefully received.
