For me personaly this was a very a tough challenge, and has assisted me in my weight loss campaign. At the same time raising money for two worth while charities Prostate and Gynaecological cancer. The hike took place mid march this year,I was hiking across the Sinai desert for 5 days walking a total about 45 & 1/2miles.  Each night was sleeping in a Bedouin tent or under the stars. I met over 70 people who were also taking part in hike for Prostate Uk & Wellbeing of Women, they were all amazing and i will never forget them or the experience.
