Hi there, my name is Eilidh. Along with my daughter Keira and some friends Lee Paterson Proud, Emma-Leigh Murtagh, Gemma Cave , Beth Maclean, Rae Tiernan, Ellie Gross Halbert, Breagha Halbert (aged 8), Kerry Wild, Lana Mac Kenzie,Joanne MacLean, Lucy Langford, we has at least 7" cut off our hair. Keira who turned 6 just before we had the cut was very excited about helping make another child happy. She loves her hair and wants to be like Rapunzel one day but is happy to have her hair cut just now as she knows that her's will grow back given time.
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs to children suffering hair loss due to cancer treatment.
We organised an event where other's joined us and came along and had their hair cut too (min 7" needed to make wigs). We raised £900 on the day and have reached our target aim with our sponsors.
Our Second cut will be at the Dervaig Producers Market on the 2nd of September 2pm - 4pm. We are doing the tea's and cakes there. So please come along and support the Local Producers Market and Our cause the Little Princes Trust.
