22/12/09 - Training has begun.... in the snow! Commitment!

29/12/09 - Training has continued over xmas, slow progress :s contact has also been made with Action for Kids, hopefully making a visit soon.

14/2/10 - Valentines 10k with Dad - thank you father. And support crew - Mum, Josef and Rachel - good cheering! THANK YOU ALL :)

11/3/10 - Robbo and me shook some buckets furiously in the Underground as part of the fundraising effort. THANK YOU ROBBO :)

02/04/10 - Still running.....

01/05/10 - I will have 2 personal cheerleaders in NYC on the 7th Nov....Robbo and Tasha. THANK YOU :)

25/8/10 - Inca trail complete. Considered it some altitude training! And some serious test of determination. I passed!
