I will be running 2 events in aid of the Greyhound Rescue, West of England (GRWE)

5th April 2009, Blackpool 1/2 Marathon

Well I have done the 1/2, did in 2 hours 30... as you can see from the picture molly needed a lie down after !!!!

The 10 k is next, hoping to do this in 1 hour ...

17th May 2009, Great Manchester 10k

Why GRWE ? Just look at Molly, without the GRWE molly may not have found her     ' forever home' She was unwanted by her trainer as she did not make the grade as a racer ! she was being offered free to anyone!!! who knows what would have happened if the GRWE had  not stepped,
