Sebastian and I are setting off on an incredible 500 mile journey and are asking friends, clients and suppliers to help us raise money for the Friends of the Wisdom Hospice and the Royal Masonic Trust for Girls and Boys - an educational charity which supports projects for needy youngsters. www.justgiving.com/elcamino-trust.

We are planning to walk the world famous El Camino de Santiago, a centuries old pilgrims route across Northern Spain.  We will set off from the Spanish border town of Roncesvalles on 21 June and hope to reach Santiago de Compostela by 25 July, the date of the feast of St James.  I hope that our efforts will persuade people to be generous.  We have chosen two very good causes and are really looking forward to the challenge.
