So - This is it everyone, the big one!  While I like to entertain myself with the concept that this will be my first marathon of many and just the beginning of my glamourous and lucrative career as a first class athlete, the reality is that this is the biggest challenge I have ever set myself and almost definitely a one off!!  Most of you know I've been training since last summer and more than anyone my running partner Matt will know the pain I have gone through already - the tears and tantrums of running in pouring rain ("I can't feel my feet anymore!" / "I can't even see my feet!"), the lost doorkeys / toenails / sanity, and the stress of just getting a place in the London Marathon!

I'm really chuffed to be running for Barnardo's as they really are a great charity and I can't stress enough how much it would mean to me if you can donate as generously as you are able to.  AND - I promise not to ask for any more sponsorship for anything for the rest of 2007 if that helps!!
