£1, £5, £50... whatever your pockets can afford, please empty them out into my wonderful little charity, Elephant Family.  We're dedicated to keeping our world a magical and fantastical place by saving the great curiosity of nature, the Asian elephant, from extinction and abuse. I've put my heart and soul into this cause over the past 5 years and we're finally getting somewhere so now is the time to get behind us! 

 

Like any charity worth its salt our ambitions are on the ceiling; we're buying up millions of pounds worth of habitat and reconnecting forests that have become fragmented so the Asian elephant can survive in the wild. It's a race against the clock against mega industrialists, human development and over-population, but we are on our way, our first major strip of habitat is almost secured and every single pound donated gets us a footstep further to completion.

 

This is not just about elephants - as by saving the elephants we are saving the forests - the lungs of the world- and lots of other endangered species, including tigers, orangutans and rhinos. Elephants are the apex species and ambassadors for the entire conservation movement! So when you break it down, Elephant Family is a crucial cog in the conservation movement. I also know the Elephant Family's finances inside out, and can hand on heart say that every donation is felt and appreciated. I will be very touched by even the smallest donation (and blown away by anything over £10!) ... Thank you so much.
