Story

Hi,

Thanks for visiting the site.

As the summer is on its way, we thought we would set ourselves a challenge. It has never been attempted before and it will certainly involve great pain…but Elsa and Jenny are going to run 10K! Elsa, having walked a 10K before, feels confident we are ready to beat the famous athlete Haile Gebre Selasie!!! Pretty sure this enthusiasm will get us both to the finish line in record time!

Our main motivation, however, is your support for a little charity called FORWARD who are doing amazing things for women in Africa and the UK. Your contributions will really help us in our work to support girls and women affected by female genital mutilation and child marriage. Your generosity will enable us to develop our programmes, reach more girls at risk and see an end to violence against women!

You are also very welcome to come along on Sunday 12th July to shout and cheer!

 Thanks again,

Elsa & Jenny
