On the 6th June I am jumping (well abseiling) off a 250ft cliff in Peacehaven to raise money for Adventure Unlimited, a charity which aims to enrich the lives of young people, in particular those from disadvantaged backgrounds, through Outdoor Adventure and Education.

I have worked with the charity and seen 1st hand the true benefit they have to children. (I wouldn't be doing this otherwise!) They give confidence and hope to disadvantaged kids who would otherwise be on the streets or in front of the TV. The work they do is fantastic, so please give generously.
