As you may already know, yesterday evening (19th September) I took part in 'A Girls Night Out'. a sponsored walk, 11.2 miles around the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds . We were all tired at the end but happy to have completed the walk. Debbie and I walked together and finished just 4 hours after starting and this included a long wait for the toilets at about the half way point. Two portaloos for 350 women you can imagine the queue! Now I am just a little tired but fit so please can you take a few moments to make a donation to the St Nicholas Hospice.
