As you now know I have set myself the challenge of doing the British 10k London Run this year, supporting the charity Counsel and Care, which enables older people to access the best care and support.  

I would be hugely grateful for donations for this charity - its a great cause and every little helps!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Counsel and Care gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
