Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I had a call from a friend who said,' fancy a little jaunt to Scotland?' I thought, well yes that sounds like a good plan. Where are we going?  'Lands End to John O'Groats... on our bikes' said she.  Insane I know but this trip has always been on my bucket list so I thought why not do it now?  In for a penny.. It's only a 1,000 miles.   

Then, after speaking to quite a lot of people, they suggested I do this for a charity.  So here is my page on behalf of The Sick Children's Trust.  Their mission is to provide accomodation and support for very sick children and their families.   Some of these families have to come to specialist hospitals for  treatment which sometimes means travelling miles.   Your donation will help to keep families together during this very distressing time.

ALL THE MONEY I RAISE FOR MY CHARITY WILL GO DIRECTLY TO MY CHARITY. I AM PAYING ALL THE EXPENSES FOR THIS TRIP MYSELF.

Thank you once again for taking the time to look at my page. I will try to keep it updated with my progress for training through the long, cold winter months. Think of me from time to time, getting frozen and soaked. Then think of me again as I ride around 100 miles a day.
