Thank you for sponsoring me for doing the adidas 5k run in september. As many of you know im a rower now so running doesnt come particularly easy to me any more, however i have found a charity which i believe in and have decided to put my trainers on once again.
A statistic i was very much unaware of is that brain tumours now account for more deaths among children and those under 40 than any other cancer. My mum being one of them, Also very recently a friend passed away after a very quick and aggressive illness. So please, however little, every penny and pound will go to a good cause.
