I'm going to be doing the Fun Run to raise money for the GM Trust, Chai Cancer Care and JAMI.

Each of these are fantastic causes and ones that are close to my heart. As anyone affected by the illnesses either directly or indirectly will tell you, the value of the hope and support that these charities offer is impossible to put into words

As well as with Vicki who will be 8 months pregnant, I will be running with my dad this year; so expect us to complete it in record time
