Well, the 2009 London Marathon is now complete and I am sitting on a comfortable sofa and licking my wounds.

The course was hot and tough yet the atmosphere was electric. In all my years of supporting the Marathon I have never seen it so crowed!

Thank you to all of you who braved the crowds to cheer me on and those of you who shouted support at there TV. I was overwelmed with all your messages of support before and after.

A big thank you for all your sponsorship and it is not too late to doante now.

You probably want to know how I got on...... 4.01.52. A personal best but I will be back again in 2010 to chase that elusive 3.45!
