The madness continues. I'm planning on running my first 10k on October 19th, which would be scary enough, but to give it more 'woooooh' factor, I'll be running it in Redruth, Cornwall, which is, basically, a town of hills. Eeeek.

I'm running for a brilliant charity called Small Steps, which teaches parents of children with cerebral palsy how to help them develop key skills - sitting, walking, and so on. The difference that good quality therapy can make in children with cerebral palsy is incredible, so their work is really important.

They have no government funding and I'd love to raise as much as I can for them, with your help.
