The big Summer Showdown is on! It's time to decide who is the undisputed Middleweight King of Brum's Breakfast Airwaves. As well as whupping his ass in the ratings I'm now going to give him a whupping in the ring too!

I will be taking on Kerrang's Ugly Phil in a three round dust-up on June 29th and have been training 4-5 times a week for the last 2 months to get ready. This is without a doubt the hardest thing I have ever done as you need fitness, speed, skill, stamina, balance and timing. I possess none of the above but at least my beer gut has gone......a bit.
