well i know i dont know much about my wife illness and shes been in and out of hospital over it the last year has been a nightmare for her so i have decided to give you all a laugh i have entred a 10 k race in july ffs i not run for years but if it raises money for my wifes charity then it should be fun and worth it if any 1 wants to sponser me i will put my page up later i have till july to start trying to get into some shape ha ha no beer ect for me this should be fun only doing it casue i love my wife more than ever

just a update i was not able to run the race as planned due to stupid car broke down but i have enterd another race in my home town in 3 weeks time so just want to say thanks for all your support and i will still be doing a diffrent run thanks so much i am now doing the
