Emily's Gap Year in CHILE!

Hey everyone!

My name's Emily (or Em) and I've been given the opportunity by Project Trust to spend an entire year in Chile, teaching children of a variety of ages to speak English at Colegio Manuel Vicuña in Santiago.   There are thousands of unfilled English-teaching posts in Chile, and since students can't graduate without a certain level of English, its vital that these posts are filled!

I've always had a bit of a 'thing' for languages, and spending a year in Chile will greatly improve my Spanish before I go on to study Japanese and Hispanic Studies when I return to England in September 2008.
