Well hello there!

So, we decided to do the London Triathlon, not sure why, it will hurt and will involve people watching us exercise - in three different and horrible ways.

BUT it is for a very good cause and one that we hope you will help us support - WaterAid.

WaterAid enables the world's poorest people to gain access to safe water and sanitation. Clean water is essential for life, but one in eight of the world's population does not have access to it. This, and lack of safe sanitation, result in over two million people dying from water-related diseases every year.
