I'm running the 2009 London Marathon in aid of Interact Worldwide - a fantastic charity which helps to improve the lives of women and children living with HIV and AIDs.

This will (I'm sure) also involve me going through extreme amounts of pain which I'm not looking forward to so please help me raise money for this worthy cause by sponsoring me now!
