The number of people diagnosed with cancer is growing, we're doing whatever it takes to help more people with cancer get the best care the UK has to offer, whoever and wherever they are. To donate, volunteer, raise money or campaign with us, call 0300 1000 200 or visit macmillan.org.uk

Story

My lovely flatmate and I are taking part in Livewire Jailbreak 2016!

You may have heard of similar events, but the gist of it is that as team we'll have 48 hours to get as far away from campus as possible, without the use of any money! (Yes, we'll be hitchhiking our way across the globe(?) or at the very least out of the county...) Other students in previous years have managed to get as far as Dubai, Budapest and Berlin, and we're determined to add another crazy destination to the list!

Last year the Jailbreak event managed to raise £13,000 and this year we hope to help raise just as much money, and awareness, for the fantastic chosen cause; Macmillan Cancer Support.
