After being inspired to run the marathon by my Auntie, I decided to run the half marathon also. After a family friend got disagnosed with Leukaemia, and later passed away after a long fight against his illness, I thought there was nothing more appropriate then running for this charity. I will be taking every step knowing that the money I have raised is helping save lives of others suffering from this terrible illness. The money you donate will help to fund research into a cure for leukaemia, and also help treat those unlucky enough to be suffering from this illness.

I will be grateful for any money donated, and I just know the money you donate will go on to help save lives of people suffering now, and in the future.
