As you may well know Lou, Rach and I have sadly had to use the services of Dorothy House for our loved ones, so a while ago we felt compelled to do something that honoured the amaizing support that our families recived from them at tragic and difficult times. And all the others being the mentalists that they are said they'd support us and join in too! So we are doing the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 18th October...........

We know that times are hard for everyone but thats all the more reason to dig as deep as you can. People will need the support of Dorothy House no matter what the ecconomic climate is.
