I have signed myself up for the Rat Race Event, which after reading the details more closely is a 20 mile obstacle course including obstacles with appealing names such as 'World's Longest Monkey Bars', 'Scree Scramble' and 'Stink Trench'.

If this isn't enough to deserve sponsorship for this deserving cause I have also signed up to 'run' a half marathon the next day which might be the hardest part of the challenge!
