I know that to some of you - OK most of you! - the idea of me doing anything remotely active,especially walking, will be hilarious; somehow I have never quite lived down the "my legs are tired" moan from yester year :)

However another phrase also rings true in this case "where there's a will there's a way" and in this case this couldn't be more appropriate with a very special girl fuelling this particular will. Hannah King, a dear friend from primary school tragically died in December 2007 from Meningitis and subsequently I will be doing this Bristol to Bath Summer Walk in order to raise as much money as possible for the Meningitis UK 'Search 4 a Vaccine' Campaign.
