Flora London Marathon 2005 · 17 April 2005 ·

We’re the 10 million people living with arthritis in the UK. The carers, researchers and healthcare professionals. The family, friends and fundraisers. United by a clear vision: a future free from arthritis. One in which no one is limited by the pain, fatigue and isolation that arthritis can cause.

Story

Hello,
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

On April 17 I am running the London Marathon in aid of Arthritis Research Campaign (ARC). It is estimated that over 7 million people in the UK have long-term health problems due to arthritis and its related conditions. ARC raises funds for research into this dehabilitating disease and provides information about arthritis to those affected, the general public and medical professionals. I have chosen to run for ARC as I have both close family and friends who are affected by arthritis.

So please, help me make all my training in the cold and rain worthwhile and sponsor me online!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Arthritis Research Campaign will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Many thanks for your support. Emily
