This will be my third year of running the Great West Run and Helen and Laura's first year and I am chuffed to bits that they are running as well.

We have decided to run for the Guillain-Barrie syndrome support group because Laura's dad was diagnosed with this some time ago and we felt that we wanted to raise awareness of this charity.
