I'm doing it in aid of the Bowel Disease Research Foundation who supported me in my recent research work in hereditary colon cancer.
BDRF is the only UK charity which funds research into all bowel diseases. An independent charity, BDRF functions as the research arm of the Association of Coloproctology (the branch of medicine dealing with the large intestine or colon and the rectum) of Great Britain and Ireland (ACPGBI).

BDRF funds practically-oriented research which increases understanding while delivering direct and demonstrable improvements in the treatment of and survival rates for people with bowel disease.
