My story

 

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Although I am now the Assistant Director of Fundraising at Woking and Sam Beare Hospices, it was not in my contract that I had to do this walk!  My role at the Hospice also does not mean that I will be doing numerous sponsored events and coming back to you for sponsorship with boring regularity! 

I have chosen to do the walk this year in memory of Adam who died 5 years ago this July.  My fundraising target is not random - it's my walker number and Adam's month and year of birth.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Woking Hospice gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.  Those of you who knew Adam will know that this would have appealed to him!
