2 hours training today - starting to find lots of footpaths around the place I have lived in for years - it's turning into an educational process :)

I am told it's going to be hot and sunny this weekend! Should make training a little easier. Working out some new routes and making them a little longer each time - love it once I am out there. Thanks again to all of you who have donated - the charity is very grateful as am I!

It's windy and a little chilly today so my planned 5 mile walk was really not something I was looking forward to today! It got done and my face stayed red for most of the morning.... Planning a similar walk tomorrow - rain, rain go away! :)
