It's me again ........I vowed whilst training in 2007 that I would never do another marathon but here I am again!  I made the mistake of watching it on TV in 2008 and registered that very day!

So sorry but it means I'm relying on your huge support once again - you've made me so proud in previous years!

This year I have decided to run for a local charity, Wakefield Hospice. I ran my first marathon in 2006 for them and it was great to be able to go and see where the money I raised was being spent.

Wakefield Hospice, like the majoriy of the hospices in the UK, relies completely on donations to keep themselves running.  The respite care they offer terminally ill patients and their families is second to none.

My target this year is £1000.00.  I know times are tough at the moment but I would really appreciate if you could dig deep and donate to an extremely worthy cause.  It's your donations that keep me motivated through my dark 6am morning runs!
