Hi Guys


Firstly thank-you to everyone that has supported me thus far.  I completed the London Marathon in 2010 in 5hrs and 26 mins and hope that in 2011 I'll get the chance to do it all over again for this wonderful charity.


However I before then I have a number of challenges that will hopefully enable me to raise money for Help for Heroes.

The first of these with a group of friends, embarking on the National Three Peak Challenge starting on the 26th July 2010 at 5pm.


So please continue to give a generously as you already have.
