Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now, my employer Barclays will be matching funds raised on a £1 for £1 basis so if you donate a £1 so will they even better reason to help me.

I am running the Virgin London Marathon for The Army Benevolent Fund (The Soldiers' Charity) and would like to smash my target amount with your help!!!

The ABF help soldiers and their dependants whilst they are in the Army and after they have left. They help people in desperate situations who have no one to turn to, such as families coping with tragic loss, homelessness or retraining a disabled soldier for a new career. They support those who have given so much throught their service to the UK.

Soldiers desperately need our support now more than ever. Every week we hear of further attacks on our soldiers in Afghanistan. Already this year the ABF have had a 30% increase in demand for their help.
