Dear Friends

Well I did the 5k in Battersea Park for The Trees and it was a beautiful run, despite the fact that I had a hangover from 4 pints of Guiness the night before!

Battersea Park is so lovely, with so many beautiful trees. My legs hurt today but I feel it has been worth it. There were 1,100 people there, if they all plant their tree that is the equivalent of a new forest!
