Hi everyone!

The 10K London run!  The training starts now for us, and with not many weeks to go, for someone who can't even run around the block at the minute without getting short of breath (Emma) this will be a big challenge! Ben may find it a little easier, but probably not when he has to carry me round after half way!

You might think we are mad. We do! But its all for a good cause, and a few days of agony is nothing if it means that with your help we can make even the smallest bit of difference to peoples lives. So many of us know people who have been affected by cancer and have lost loved ones to the disease.
