I wasn't going to do this half marathon. I'm not a natural runner and I'm scared of it and coming last. The Wilmslow Half is a grown up race.

I decided to do the race and try and raise some money for the vicitims of the Tsunami in Japan. I think we've all been deeply saddened and shocked by what we've seen in the news. I've got ties with Japan, and I'll always be grateful to the country and the people for looking after me when I lived there.

I hope that this can help some way toward the rescue/relief operations and some of the rebuilding of the areas devastated by the Tsunami.
