Hello all!

A friend of mine has convinced me to run 10km through the streets of London for charity on the 12th July.  We're running for International Alert, a charity which works to lay the foundations for lasting peace and security in communities affected by violent conflict.  Check out their website to see more of what they do; http://www.international-alert.org/
Normally I would have been busy washing my hair...or cutting the grass, but this is a fantastic opportunity for me, with your help, to raise money for this incredible charity.

Training has started in earnest and I'd appreciate as much support as possible to give me that motivation to keep on running, and to find that last bit of energy that I know I'm going to need on the day!
