Hello all!
A friend of mine has convinced me to run 10km through the streets of London for charity on the 12th July. We're running for International Alert, a charity which works to lay the foundations for lasting peace and security in communities affected by violent conflict. Normally I would have been busy washing my hair...or cutting the grass, but this is a fantastic opportunity for me, with your help, to raise money for this incredible charity.
