We fund life-changing and life-saving work to support cancer patients at The Christie

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and

for all your past generosity in my fundraising activities. After trekking December 2009, I have set myself a new challenge.

In October 2011, I will be trekking to the lost city of the Inca capital of Cusco in to help raise much needed funds for The Christie hospital. Situated at an altitude of 4,378m, this is going to be a gruelling trek.

Cancer is an all too familiar disease today which affects almost all of us either directly or indirectly and together we can help make a difference. I have set myself a target of raising £5000 to help with research and more clinical trials to help fight this disease.

As one of the many surviving patients I know at first hand the agonising effects this disease has on both patient and loved ones. Your support will help make a difference to cancer patients, both now and in the future.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks in advance for your support, so please dig deep and donate now.
