ok so, i am going to be canoeing the thames in eight days i think(i know) from the 8th of August to the 16th,with www.canoethethames.com. i've been told that im doing 16 miles a day,which for me will be a big ask,but it will be done. im all kitted up an ready to paddle,however my training is in slow progress. i really hope i can get as much support in this as possible,and many thanks to those who have promised to sponsor!
