Emma and Vicky are going to run the Bupa London 10,000 on Monday 26th May.

We are raising money for Brainwave, a charity that supports brain injured children throughout the UK. Families visit Brainwave and are taught a programme of exercises that are targetted at the child's developmental needs and are then practised at home.

We take James there every 4-6 months and he has done amazingly. He is now into everything, walking around and letting us know what he wants, even if he can't quite talk yet!

80% of any money raised will go to general Brainwave funds, the other 20% will go into 'James' pot' and be used to offset the costs of our visits.
