Empire Fitness will be holding a Bus Pull at the gym to raise money for Mind Dorset. The event will consist of a 15 ton bus, some rope, and a lot of pulling power. We will be joined by individual teams of people as well as single person teams from the community to see who has the strongest pulling power whilst having lots of fun raising money for a very good cause.
