This September I am running the Great North Run in memory of my mum who died 10 years ago this October of cancer.

For this reason I am raising money for the charity the Isabel Hospice who helped my mum whilst she was ill and supported my family through what was a very difficult time.

If you have a few pounds to spare - even a few pennies in fact - I would really appreciate your support in for this amazing charity and for what will certainly be a great north run.
